Grilled Pork Tenderloin



2 to 4 pork tenderloins

2 whole garlic heads, cut in halves

1 c lemon juice

½ c olive oil

1 T rosemary

1 T lemon pepper

1 t salt


Combine together and put in a zip lock bag for 24 hours. Grill Pork on hot grill until white inside.


Serve with:


4 tomatoes, diced

½ c balsamic vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced

¼ c olive oil

2 T minced chives

Salt and pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients and let sit for 20 minutes before serving.
